jsbet Terms & Conditions — Rules of Service for Filipino Players

1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

4.3 Withdrawals

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6. Gameplay Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. jsbet does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your jsbet account at any time by contacting customer support via in-platform live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and the wagering requirements applicable to any active bonus) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the closure date.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by jsbet

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, in respect of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jsbet Platform.
